I started at TCA last June. This place has changed my life for the better. I have met loads of friends and the instructors are all amazing. No matter what your ability they are inclusive and so supportive. My fitness has improved and my overall wellbeing has been positively impacted!!

Myself and my family joined TCA a number of years ago. It has literally changed our lives both physically and mentally. The atmosphere is like no other, a team of coaches and members all with a shared focus and goal of positivity, fitness, determination and drive.There are so many reasons to bring martial arts into your life, but mental health, at any age, has to be one of the most important ones.
